From the first template to the first hire.
LAUNCH asked for a new social media partner. Machina’s answer is a full overhaul of how LAUNCH looks and sounds on social, and two campaigns built on it: one for the companies that need technicians, one for the technicians themselves. They share one goal. Every technician LAUNCH attracts makes it more valuable to the airlines, MROs and OEMs it works with, and that is what wins the next client.
Prepared for Kathleen and the LAUNCH team by Machina.

Experienced leadership and skilled aviation technicians, deployed as one team on project-specific maintenance and modification programs.
Part 145 Modification & Training Center
Project-based aircraft modifications, airworthiness directives and reliability checks, run from LAUNCH’s center at Wichita’s IAB Airport.
Both run on the same thing: skilled people. LAUNCH supplies aviation, transportation and logistics companies with the technicians their work depends on, so its social presence has to speak to the companies that hire and to the people who do the work.
Technicians first. The clients follow.
LAUNCH’s clients come to it for skilled people, so the work starts on the technician side.
On the business side, operations and maintenance leaders at airlines, MROs and OEMs need to see a partner that can staff a program and stand behind it. On the technician side, aviation technicians need to see the real work, the crews they would join and a short way to apply.
Machina rebuilds LAUNCH’s social presence for both: new templates, new content, new copy, a new tone and a steady cadence.
Then it runs a campaign for each side, organic and paid, on the channels each audience actually uses.
